Elena represents businesses and individuals in a variety of practice-areas including general civil litigation, real estate and family law.
Prior to joining Bragdon and Kossayda, P.C., Elena attended the University of New Hampshire Law School in Concord, New Hampshire. Elena attended law school on a merit-based scholarship and graduated as a Daniel Webster Scholar. She participated in the Basic and Advanced Consumer and Commercial Law Clinics where she received considerable practical training. In her final year of law school, Elena was the President of Hillel at UNH Law School.
Elena completed a summer internship in the Civil Bureau of the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Office. There she worked on cases involving employment, real property/land use law and litigation in federal courts. Elena also worked as a Summer Associate in a private practice firm where she worked on matters involving state and federal appellate law, business/joint venture formation and intellectual property law.
In her free time, Elena enjoys exploring the music and coffee scenes in Keene, skiing and spending time with her family in and around Boston.
