Biographical Detail

Attorney Meenan aggressively defends adults and juveniles accused of misdemeanor and felony crimes and advocates for her clients in general civil matters including personal injury litigation, divorce and custody proceedings, child support enforcement, post-divorce litigation, domestic violence petitions, real estate transactions, and landlord/tenant matters.

Attorney Meenan is also an Adjunct Professor at SNHU where she enjoys teaching an undergraduate criminal law course.

Before joining Bragdon & Kossayda, P.C., Attorney Meenan practiced as a trial attorney in NH’s North Country with a state-wide practice in both State and Federal Courts. On February 12, 2014, Attorney Meenan argued before the N.H. Supreme Court to appeal the Probate Division’s denial of her client’s prior request for post-judgment interest under N.H. RSA 524:6-a. The N.H. Supreme Court subsequently issued a favorable decision holding that a prevailing creditor is entitled to post-judgment interest as a matter of law.

Attorney Meenan gained hands-on, practical experience as a Rule 36 student attorney with the New Hampshire Public Defenders, UNH Law’s Criminal Practice Clinic, UNH Law’s Consumer Law & Bankruptcy Clinic and with a private law firm in Exeter, N.H.  During law school, Attorney Meenan was selected to join the Advanced Trial Advocacy Team and competed in The American Association for Justice’s National Student Trial Advocacy Competition in Boston, Massachusetts.

In her downtime, Attorney Meenan enjoys exploring the outdoors of the Monadnock region with her husband. She also enjoys acrylic painting, cooking, and baking.

Bragdon & Kossayda, P.C. serves clients in Keene and throughout Cheshire County, in New Hampshire.
